Terms and Conditions
Velvet Suds Cleaning LLC

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or using any services provided by Velvet Suds Cleaning LLC. By submitting a service request, approving a quote, or receiving services from Velvet Suds, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
Velvet Suds Cleaning LLC is a mobile auto detailing company operating in the State of Georgia. We coordinate professional detailing services performed by vetted independent contractors throughout the Metro Atlanta area and surrounding regions.
2. Services
Velvet Suds provides mobile auto detailing services for personal passenger vehicles. All services are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Velvet Suds before a booking is considered finalized. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update our service offerings at any time.
3. Booking and Confirmation
Submitting a service request does not guarantee an appointment. All requests are reviewed by our team and confirmed based on availability. You will receive confirmation once your booking has been reviewed and approved. Velvet Suds reserves the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.
4. Deposits and Fees
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your total service balance. Deposit requirements and amounts are disclosed at the time of booking and are subject to change. Returning clients who book through Client Hub are not required to pay a deposit but agree to a cancellation or no show fee as outlined in Section 6.
5. Payment
By approving a quote or confirming a booking you authorize Velvet Suds Cleaning LLC to charge your saved payment method for any remaining balance upon job completion. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. Velvet Suds does not store your full payment card information directly.
6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No Shows
We require advance notice for all cancellations and rescheduling requests. The required notice period and any applicable fees are disclosed at the time of booking. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within the required notice window may result in forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee charged to your saved payment method. If you are not present or your vehicle is not accessible at the time of your scheduled appointment your booking may be cancelled and a no show fee may apply. A new deposit or fee may be required to rebook.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your service please contact us within 24 hours of job completion. We will arrange a complimentary follow-up service to address your concerns at no additional charge. Refund requests outside of this window are evaluated on a case by case basis. This guarantee applies to service quality only and does not cover pre-existing vehicle conditions or damage.
8. Independent Contractors
All detailing services are performed by independent contractors who operate under the standards and guidelines set by Velvet Suds Cleaning LLC. These contractors are not employees of Velvet Suds. Velvet Suds acts as a marketing and coordination platform connecting clients with vetted service providers.
9. Damage and Liability
Velvet Suds Cleaning LLC is not liable for any damage to your vehicle or personal property that occurs during or as a result of a detailing service. The independent contractor performing your service is solely responsible for any damage caused during service delivery. We strongly recommend that you document the condition of your vehicle before each appointment. Any damage claims must be raised immediately upon job completion and directed to the contractor who performed the service. Velvet Suds will make reasonable efforts to assist in facilitating communication but assumes no financial liability for contractor-caused damage.
10. Photo and Video Release
By booking with Velvet Suds you grant Velvet Suds Cleaning LLC the irrevocable right to photograph and record your vehicle before, during, and after service for purposes including but not limited to marketing, social media, training, and promotional materials. No personally identifiable information such as license plates or your name will be publicly shared without your explicit consent. If you do not wish for your vehicle to be featured in our marketing materials please notify us in writing before your appointment.
11. Recurring Membership Plans
Clients enrolled in a recurring service plan agree to automatic billing on their selected billing date. Full plan terms including pricing, cancellation conditions, and service frequency are provided at the time of enrollment. Velvet Suds reserves the right to modify plan terms with reasonable advance notice. Members who wish to cancel must provide notice before their next billing date as outlined in their plan agreement.
12. Right to Refuse Service
Velvet Suds Cleaning LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue service to any client at any time. If we cancel a confirmed appointment any deposit paid for that appointment will be refunded in full.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Georgia.
14. Changes to These Terms
Velvet Suds Cleaning LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of material changes.
